Review and address plan details, resolve issues before they result in added budget expenditures.
Initiate and conduct project meetings with staff assigned to the project and management if necessary.
Maintain the project’s daily job diary.
Ensure project materials and workmanship meets the project quality standards and design requirements.
Advise Superintendent of any potential problems, work interferences or schedule difficulties while assisting in circumventing/resolving such conflicts.
Review and submit weekly time sheets to payroll for processing.
Track and communicate weekly project report and generates 3 weeks look ahead.
Create, maintain, and execute the project plan to schedule and ensure compliance with budged.
Must be able to schedule, monitor and forecast resources for optimum efficiency.
Supervise and coordinate all construction activities.
Enforce site specific plans and procedures that are in line with EEI’s culture and safety requirements.

Obtain and maintain a valid State Class A driver’s license and/or hold and maintain a valid commercial driver’s License.
Ability to manage others and many facets of the construction project and assume responsibility.
OSHA 30.
Ability to apply basic engineering principles to construction challenges.
Ability to visualize the entire project and anticipate constructability issues and embed solutions in the construction plans and schedules.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software, including Excel, Word, Outlook and internal operational systems.
