Lead with purpose, drive operational excellence, and inspire innovation. The Director of Operations will report directly to the COO and play a central role in shaping the organization’s operational strategy and culture.
As a key member of the Operations Leadership Team, the director will lead the growth and development of technical, delivery, and construction services in line with market strategies. This includes developing operational strategies, policies, and objectives, and executing operating plans that meet financial and mission‑critical goals using data‑driven metrics.
The role involves directing and mentoring a matrixed team of 600+ staff, ensuring robust succession and development planning, and aligning technical capabilities with market opportunities. In partnership with the Chief Engineer, the director will safeguard service quality, improve workflow processes, and drive innovation across all markets.

The salary range for positions in CO, IL, and MN is $200,000‑$275,000 per year, with the final compensation determined by qualifications, experience, location, and internal equity, in compliance with pay transparency laws.
