As a BIM Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality BIM models and supporting digital workflows across our marine projects. You will collaborate closely with marine engineers, BIM professionals, and project managers to ensure efficient and accurate 3D design coordination.

Contributing to 4D/5D modelling, visualization, and construction sequencing when required.
Maintaining project documentation and supporting best practice development in BIM workflows.
Coordinating effectively with internal and external stakeholders including clients, partners, and contractors.
Supporting and implementing BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and ensuring adherence to project and client BIM standards.
Developing and managing BIM models for marine structures such as breakwaters, quay walls, jetties, piers, offshore structures, and seawater intake systems.
Driving automation and parametric modelling using tools like Dynamo or Grasshopper.
Conducting clash detection, model coordination, and data validation across disciplines.
Translating engineering designs into intelligent 3D models using software like Tekla, Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, Rhino, and Grasshopper.
Mentoring junior team members in digital delivery and BIM processes.

6+ years of total experience with 2+ years in marine/coastal design and BIM/digital delivery.
