Manually cut material using shears and/or rotary cutters
Construct tubes on semi‑automated manufacturing equipment
Manually construct tubes using heat bonding and stitching processes
Seal tube seams and splices using semi‑automated and manual processes
Perform visual inspection of materials and finished products
Stack and package work‑in‑process and finished products
Construct various tube installation‑related appurtenances
Fabricate and repair wood pallets and other packaging goods
Follow ISO 9001 quality system, work instructions, manufacturing specifications, and safety rules
Assist production, shipping and receiving, inventory control, and factory maintenance
Identify nonconformances during production and notify a supervisor or manager
Prioritize multiple tasks, work effectively under stress, meet short deadlines, and take direction
Perform assigned duties with minimum supervision
Identify problems and implement or recommend solutions; interpret and apply policies and procedures
