Building Structures (Commercial, Educational, Healthcare, Mixed-Use)
Support project managers with scheduling, budgeting, and client communication.
Design foundations, retaining walls, framing systems, and lateral force-resisting systems.
Prepare technical reports, specifications, and cost estimates.
Prepare load ratings, seismic evaluations, and retrofit/rehabilitation designs.
Perform site visits and structural inspections.
Perform structural analysis and design of steel, concrete, masonry, and timber structures.
Develop construction documents, specifications, and structural calculations.
Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, and contractors throughout design and construction.
Review shop drawings, submittals, and respond to RFIs during construction.
Support construction engineering services, including shoring, scaffolding, and temporary works.
Conduct structural analysis and rehabilitation design for bridges and civil structures.

EIT required; PE/SE preferred (or ability to obtain).
Strong technical, communication, and teamwork skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master’s preferred).
Proficiency in structural analysis/design software (ETABS, SAP2000, STAAD, RAM, or similar).
3+ years of structural engineering experience.
Confidential representation of your candidacy.
Knowledge of building codes (IBC, AISC, ACI, ASCE 7, NDS, etc.).
