The role involves developing architectural designs and plans, creating detailed CAD drawings and models, researching materials and codes, collaborating with engineers and contractors, attending stakeholder meetings, and participating in site visits and inspections.
Additional duties include reviewing designs for code compliance, managing documentation and schedules, mentoring junior staff, and contributing to presentations and proposals.
The Intermediate Architect works closely with project team members, including Senior Architects, leading design and management of multiple projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate has a strong educational background in architecture and several years of professional experience.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s (Master’s preferred) in Architecture, have 5‑7 years experience, be proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other CAD tools, possess strong attention to detail, communication, teamwork, leadership, and knowledge of building regulations, and be able to manage multiple projects.
The position is coded AR-AR-03 with a salary range of $85,000‑$105,000 annually.
