  • Contribute as an effective team member of Zone team.
  • Support of ENPaRT work programme and reporting
  • Provide administration and management support within all areas of the business
  • Ensure awareness of and comply with Company Health, Safety and Environmental requirements on particular issues as they arise.
  • Provide business support in all activities within the zone
  • Assist in the building of the weekly work programme with Zone staff and Team Leaders
  • Ensure quality standards are maintained in all activities performed.
  • Comply with appropriate safety equipment as required
  • Supporting the weekly and daily maintenance of the resource plan and work programme
  • Liaison with external suppliers and other business areas Printing and collation of information to assist in the generation of work packs
  • Manage all correspondence and communication within the business
  • Administration support to Zone operational, maintenance and investment activities including time writing and zone management reporting KPI’s
  • Ensure that all customer contacts are dealt with in accordance with relevant processes
  • Production and delivery of reports and management information within agreed timescales

  • Working knowledge of health, safety and environmental legislation
  • Computer literacy – e.g. Microsoft Office suite
  • General knowledge of the Operations, Maintenance and Construction Businesses activities.
  • Working knowledge of Energy Networks policies, procedures and working practices.
  • Knowledge of the Asset Inspection System (AIS)
  • Knowledges of SAP system
  • PC literate – MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc
  • Support in CCT, SAP, Cintellate and other work systems.
  • Significant all-round administrative experience
  • Able to operate at all levels of the business
  • Developed Customer Service skills
  • Experience in a multi-stranded project support/co-ordination role or equivalent role
  • Experience in SAP, CCT and Cintellate systems
  • Educated to GCSE or equivalent standard
  • Knowledge of ENPaRT scheduling system
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Familiarity with MS suite of systems
  • Developed negotiation, communication and people management skills.
  • Planning and Organising skills
  • Working knowledge of Business IT systems
  • Significant relevant experience
  • Knowledge of Cintellate system
