Remaining in a stationary position for long periods
Working in outdoor environments, including high altitudes, that may present extreme weather conditions such as snow, ice, rain, heat, wind, etc.
Maintain accurate and organized financial records in compliance with hotel standards
Work closely with the Front Office, Sales, and Events teams to resolve billing issues or disputes
Prepare and review Accounts Receivable aging reports and escalate overdue accounts
Assist with month-end closing tasks and audits
Monitor and follow up on outstanding balances and ensure timely collection of payments
Prepare and send accurate invoices for individual, group, and corporate accounts in a timely manner
Manage billing for events, banquets, group bookings, and long-stay guests
Prepare Credit Card reconciliation and Bank reconciliation
Lifting and carrying of loads weighing up to 30 pounds
Post payments and apply them to the correct accounts using hotel accounting software
Respond promptly to guest inquiries and provide supporting documentation as needed
Reconcile daily transactions and guest folios with hotel property management systems

Frequent bending, twisting, stooping, reaching, and pulling
2–5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, preferably in the hotel or hospitality industry
Familiarity with hotel systems such as Opera, PMS, POS, or accounting platforms
Strong understanding of hotel billing processes, including folio management and group billing
Standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, and bending in an operational environment for extended periods
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Prior experience working in a hotel accounting or hotel environment
Constantly operating a computer and other office productivity machinery
Advance Excel skills
Experience with Opera PMS or similar hotel software
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
