• Lead onsite execution from mobilization to turnover.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and technicians to improve efficiency.
• Identify and communicate change orders and field conditions.
• Oversee system testing, commissioning, and end‑user training.
• Manage daily schedules, progress tracking, and material logistics.
• Direct subcontractors and ensure site expectations are met.
• Perform complex installations, repairs, testing, and maintenance of security systems.
• Mentor and support field crews.
• Serve as Evergreen’s onsite representative, delivering service and product training.
• Ensure safety compliance with state and federal regulations and handle service orders and project administration.

Requirements

The Traveling Electronic Security Systems Site Lead role is ideal for an experienced low‑voltage technician with site‑lead experience who enjoys traveling, offering responsibility for end‑to‑end project execution across multiple locations.

• Strong background in low‑voltage system installation and electrical wiring.
• Proven experience leading crews and managing jobs independently.
• Ability to travel extensively and hold a valid driver’s license.
• Proactive, solutions‑focused mindset with strong communication skills.
• Capability to schedule appointments, follow instructions, and understand code requirements.
• Pass pre‑employment background, drug, and MVR screenings.
• Experience on government contracts or military bases (preferred).
• Existing U.S. government clearance (preferred).
