What you would be doing

Plan, organize and direct consulting projects, including the overall pursuit, negotiation, execution, cost, schedule, and quality of deliverables.
Complies with all policies and standards.
Facilitate workshop sessions with senior-level client teams to understand client requirements, uncover needs and develop action plans.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Provide performance feedback to personnel managers for project team members as appropriate.
Provide managerial direction and work assignments to consultants and analysts.

Liaise with internal and external subject matter experts for the pursuit and delivery of consulting projects.
Leverage strategic thinking to anticipate client problems and provide innovative and impactful solutions.
Liaise with clients, often as the first point of contact for all project-related communications.
Compile, distribute, and present status reports, including project progress, schedule, cost, and budget impacts to internal and external stakeholders.
Manage the delivery of third-party vendors and subcontractors, including contracts, scope, schedule, and budget.
Develop and contribute to training curriculums and materials for consultants and analysts.
