Consult, support and coach Line Managers in relation to grievances and disciplinary issues including performance and/or conduct, land assist where required in complex investigations.
First point of contact and intermediary for line managers and employees of nominated departments.
Coordinate with Line Managers all employee movements, transfers, promotions, terminations etc.
Conduct investigations, negotiating claims, managing complaints, grievances, performance management and disputes from employees.
Assist in recruitment activities where required.
Provide business partnering support to line managers in relation to the HR life cycle including performance reviews, engagement, retention, employee relations, restructures, talent management and succession planning.
Implement P&C related programs within departments including reward & recognition, employee development and EVP.

Experience in similar industry would be advantageous
A minimum of 1 years of experience in as a HR Business Partner or HR Advisor.
Tertiary level qualification in Human Resources or related field, minimum Certificate IV
A practical knowledge of employment law and industrial relations legislation including interpreting and applying a range of industrial instruments.
High level communication skills, both written and verbal, including well developed negotiation and influencing capabilities.
Experience undertaking workplace investigations, making sound judgments, assisting in solving complex problems and workforce development highly regarded.
