Identify risks and challenges in platform development and propose practical mitigation plans.
Prioritize work based on impact, market opportunity, customer needs, and delivery constraints.
Maintain transparent, ongoing communication with internal leaders and external travel vendors/partners.
Produce product briefs and detailed requirements.
Define and monitor key success measures (OKRs/KPIs) to evaluate product performance and inform iteration.
Translate requirements into epics and user stories for development teams.
Oversee execution with Development, UX, QA, and Delivery partners to ensure timely delivery against agreed scope and quality.
Collaborate with stakeholders and support teams to shape and enable go-to-market plans for your product area.
Support the development and execution of a clear product vision and strategy for itineraries (templated and user-generated) within the platform.
Contribute to new or improved product management processes and knowledge-base documentation to standardize ways of working.
Create and maintain a comprehensive roadmap for the designated domain, defining key features and initiatives on the platform.
