Ensure quality control for projects and clients.
Prepare client contracts, statements of qualifications, fee proposals and contracts.
Have P&L responsibility for the geography and business unit
Turn prospects into clients by building relationships and trust.
Handle day-to-day firm operations, including overseeing personnel in Reno and Minden.
Lead projects using resources to accurately invoice clients within budget.
Maintain client confidentiality for all project work.
Prepare and present formal client presentations.
Attend meetings and community and industry events.
Develop relationships with other managers, senior leadership and marketing to define market and client opportunities and strategies for business development.
Develop and maintain a high level of understanding of market, client, and technology trends and advancement.
Effectively communicate ideas and technical concepts to coworkers and with clients on sensitive and complex matters.
Follow/research industry trends and communicate back to the team.

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in civil engineering or related field.
Licensed in your respective discipline in either California or Nevada.
Eight to ten years or more of experience in staff supervision, client relations, and/or project management.
Have leadership experience in the consulting industry, with a demonstrated track record of profitability and success managing a business.
