- Maintain safety documentation including training records, method statements, and compliance logs
- Collaborate with safety and supervisors
- Coordinate monthly all-hands safety meetings and participate in foreman meetings to address safety concerns
- Serve as a liaison between construction teams and clients to resolve safety issues
- Stay current with industry safety standards and regulatory updates
- Lead and document incident and injury reporting procedures
- Conduct weekly site safety audits and inspections to ensure compliance with OSHA and client-specific standards
- Ensure proper use and availability of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- Oversee approximately 30 employees
- Facilitate safety orientations for new hires and subcontractors
- Assist in developing and enforcing Site-Specific Safety Plans (SSSPs), Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs), and Activity Hazard Analyses (AHAs)
- Support planning for high-risk activities and provide guidance on corrective actions

- Strong knowledge of construction safety, OSHA regulations, and safety program implementation
- Up to 11 hours per day
- CHST certification or a relevant degree (required if candidate has less than 3 years of experience)

- OSHA 30 certification
- Must be present whenever their employees are on-site
