The Training Lead role can be based in any ENFRA office and is responsible for owning the vision, growth, and daily execution of the Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Training Program, which includes both eLearning and onsite, project‑specific courses.
The position involves planning program development, updating eLearning content, creating and tailoring training materials, leading kickoff meetings, supporting project trainers, managing budgets and fee proposals, administering post‑training assessments, gathering client feedback, and ensuring the program stays on schedule, within budget, and meets all deliverables.
Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in Education, Technical Writing, Communications, or a related field and have at least two years of experience designing highly technical training programs with subject‑matter experts. Required skills include strong communication, relationship and project management abilities, analytical thinking, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Preferred qualifications include knowledge of large healthcare or higher‑education HVAC systems, familiarity with building automation, and experience creating eLearning modules. The role requires 5‑10 % travel and involves light physical work such as climbing stairs and handling objects up to 20 pounds.
