Role

Description

Perform high‑quality water mitigation services, including water extraction and demolition tasks.
Clean up and remove debris such as damaged drywall, cabinetry, and flooring.
Place, monitor, and set up drying and remediation equipment, following company drying techniques.
Set up the van and containment areas, decontaminate, and monitor equipment on‑site.
Conduct job cleanup, breakdown, and effectively lead a work crew.
Participate in on‑call rotation schedule.

Requirements

IICRC certification preferred (not required).
Experience in water mitigation.
Ability to lift at least 50 lb regularly, up to 100 lb with assistance.
Capable of climbing ladders, working at ceiling heights, and navigating tight spaces (crawl spaces, attics).
Valid driver’s license with a good driving history.
