  • Ensure all completion steps are completed and notated, including payment processing
  • Schedule daily Repair appointments based on established optimization strategies
  • Assist other coordinators in traditional workflow requirements based on need
  • Ensure all required materials are ordered, schedule appointment date with customer based on expected availability of materials (appointment must be within 5 days of expected ETA of materials), and monitor status of delivery to ensure expected ETA is met
  • Notate all schedule activity and communicate changes accordingly
  • Identify opportunities to re-schedule future appointments to improve daily capacity and efficiency
  • Ensure day of appointment challenges are addressed and resolved (i.e., weather reschedules)
  • Monitor work queues to ensure cycle times are achieved
  • Confirm all Repair appointments
  • Monitor and respond to all customer communications (calls, voicemails, chats), internal tasks and emails
  • Once materials are available, confirm pre-scheduled appointment date, assign technician
