Review and integrate schedules related to engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction, pre-commissioning, and commissioning.
Conduct delay analysis, including EOT (Extension of Time) justification reports as per contractual guidelines.
Interface with procurement for monitoring long lead items, vendor schedules, and material availability to avoid delays.
Ensure compliance with ADNOC standards, project specifications, and internal planning procedures.
Support cost control and budget tracking teams by providing schedule-based forecasts and progress validation.
Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports as per ADNOC format and present updates to management and client.
Monitor project progress and update weekly/monthly schedules based on actual execution.
Prepare project planning deliverables including WBS, manpower histograms, S-curves, productivity reports, and resource loading plans.
Coordinate planning activities with the project control team, subcontractors, and discipline leads.
Prepare baseline project schedules in compliance with contract requirements, using Primavera P6.
Track critical path and highlight schedule risks, delays, and mitigation plans to management.

Minimum 8+ years’ experience as a Planning Engineer in EPC / Oil & Gas / Petrochemical / Plant Construction projects.
Experience with ADNOC, ARAMCO, PDO, or similar major industry clients is preferred.
Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills in English.
