

Provides nationwide field and in‑store support: installation, merchandising, remodels, logistics, reporting.
The Retail Merchandiser plays an essential role in brand‑partnership connections while helping retail customers manage and display their products. Merchandisers may implement plan‑o‑gram updates, stock displays or shelves, complete surveys and audits, assist in store remodels, or tag products with security materials, among other responsibilities. You will service multiple locations and customers on a recurring basis within a predetermined territory and report directly to a District Manager while working independently onsite.
This position is part‑time, flexible, and starts immediately with an hourly wage of $16.00. Hours are variable, non‑exempt, and may include expense reimbursement. Employees must be at least 18 years old.
Full‑time employees averaging at least 30 hours per week receive affordable medical insurance after the first 12 months. A 401(k) with employer match becomes available after 12 months and 1,000 hours, while a standard 401(k) is offered after two years of 500 hours per year. New Jersey Earned Sick Leave accrues at one hour per 30 hours worked, up to 40 hours annually.
