You will actively drive deployment of systematic improvement projects in factories and best practices across interrupters, poles and drives feeder factories, benchmark manufacturing performance, manufacturing process/tool standardizations and special characteristics quality control across interrupters, poles and drives feeder factories.
You will facilitate Lessons Learned and best practices implementation in the feeder factories for circuit breakers, collaborate with factory, HUB Quality and OpEx functions, ensure incorporation of CCRP points, GPG lessons learnt & best practices in FMEA & change management decisions and support quality and OpEx targets implementation for Global Product Group.
You will support global manufacturing footprint decisions and implementations including new product implementation and transfer of production, drive global quality task force for issue related to portfolio specification or design on case by case.
You will monitor transfer of Design Special Characteristics identified in D-FMEA of RnD Projects to P-FMEA, participate to D-FMEA, monitor that all special characteristics (Design & Process) identified in FMEA are part of Quality Control Plan (IQC & Suppliers or in-process quality control), key User of key tools such as new global Web Application Plato – to be deployed for FMEA & relevant tool for Process flow & Quality Control Plan digitalization.
You will actively deploy, monitor and drive progress of centralized “foundation” FMEAs with Special Characteristics (Set of risks coming from design and process which are in concern for specific product group), support Operational Excellence across factories, ensure critical processes are standardized across sites, define and execute harmonization and improvement projects in collaboration with other factories peers.
You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
