Strong understanding of business processes, especially those related to technology companies.
Ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced environment, often managing multiple projects simultaneously.
5 to 7 years of relevant experience with a proven track record in a software/technology company or 4+ years servicing software clients in a Big 4 accounting firm.
BS/BA degree in Business, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
5 to 7 years of experience with FP&A, Controlling, and Sales Finance within a software environment.
An MBA, CPA, CIA, ACCA, ACA or PMP qualification is highly desirable.
5 to 7 years of experience with various software business models (e.g., Subscription, SaaS)
Must reside in the Iselin, New Jersey, or Plano, TX area as this is a hybrid work environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present recommendations to senior management.
Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 30% of the time.
Experience with data analysis and visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI is a plus.
Benefits
The pay range for this position is $120,666-$206,856 and the annual incentive target is 15% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
