- Performing engineering activities through verbal direction and under the supervision of senior engineering staff;
- Work to engage our customers, and undertake business development activities
- Preparation of design documents and supporting calculations;
- Performing assignments using standard practices, techniques, procedures, and criteria;
- Work in correlation with teams regarding proposal development in various geographical markets of the company
- Gathering, preparing, and maintaining engineering data such as tests, drawings, etc;
- Use professional engineering skills to lead portions of the technical work, in a way that is advantageous for both the company and the professional

- Strong project management, leadership, interpersonal, communication, documentation, and technical skills are required
- Thorough and accurate technical reports, correspondence, documentation, calculations and sketches;
- Become adept at Mott MacDonald programs including risk management systems, project management systems, project controls systems, bidding systems
- Possess sound judgment; highly developed management, organizational, interpersonal, presentation/training, oral and written communication skills; excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage and work with multi-disciplinary teams, deal with complex issues, and maintain effective working relationships
- Ability to prepare and interpret complex reports, recognize problems, and define and evaluate solutions
