As a Project Engineer at Clark Construction, you will join a project team responsible for all technical and engineering aspects of assigned projects. You will lead daily coordination among clients, trade partners, engineers, architects, and internal staff, ensuring accurate planning, scheduling, and quality throughout the project lifecycle.
The role involves overseeing purchasing activities, preparing submittals, developing and updating schedules, monitoring material deliveries, reviewing change proposals, and managing document control. You will also lead close‑out activities, assemble warranties, and prepare final payment documents while fostering industry relationships and training team members.
Candidates must hold an undergraduate or graduate degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or possess equivalent experience, and have at least two years of relevant project engineering experience. Required skills include reading drawings, cost estimating, scheduling, subcontract coordination, proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, and strong written and verbal communication.
Preferred qualifications include OSHA 10 certification, experience with Procore and Primavera P6, and prior work for a general contractor. Clark values self‑motivation, adaptability, teamwork, accountability, and a commitment to safety and ethical standards.
