Mentoring Graduate Building Surveyors within the National Building Surveying team.
Support of activities to develop business with existing clients and confidence to win new work.
Assist in preparation of fee bids and assist other colleagues in business development.
Financial, commercial and risk management of fee-based activities from project inception through to completion on your own projects and when working in a multi discipline team.

Experience of working with and building relationships with fellow professionals and Clients.
Extensive experience in all core Building Surveying work areas especially condition surveys, feasibility reports, design and contract administration/project management.
Chartered Building Surveyor (RICS or MIOB) with at least 3 years post qualification experience or equivalent.
Strong JCT contract administration.
Compliance with all Project Delivery and Quality Assurance procedures.
