Maintain occupancy and rent growth throughout multi-phase renovations by proactively managing sales strategies, minimizing disruptions, and showcasing new product value.
Analyze leasing data, generate monthly performance reports, and deliver insights to senior leadership.
Conduct weekly reviews of cancellations, denials, and leasing pipeline health.
Recruit, hire, and onboard top-tier leasing professionals to strengthen on-site teams.
Support properties in planning resident events, engagement programming, and community outreach.

5+ years of property management experience with a strong focus on leasing strategy, sales performance, and revenue growth.
A track record of boosting occupancy, driving rent growth, and improving leasing outcomes.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
Ability to travel throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey as needed.
3+ years of regional or multi-site leadership across large portfolios.
Strong leadership presence with excellent communication, coaching, and organizational skills.
