The National Director of Lifestyle Services is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing lifestyle programs across all branches of Associa. This role ensures consistency, innovation, and excellence in lifestyle offerings, while fostering engagement among employees, residents, and communities. The Director will serve as the strategic leader for lifestyle initiatives, collaborating with executive leadership, branch teams, and business development managers to drive growth and enhance client satisfaction.
They design and implement a national lifestyle program framework aligned with Associa’s mission and values, establishing best practices, standards, and guidelines for lifestyle services across all branches. They also identify opportunities to expand lifestyle offerings and enhance community engagement.
The Director identifies employees working in lifestyle capacities, provides ongoing support, and leads recurring calls and workshops to share best practices across branches. They develop and deliver training programs for Directors of Community Growth and Development, new hires, and lifestyle staff.
They partner with IBMCs and branch leadership to assess internal talent and identify potential leaders for lifestyle programs, and work closely with sales and marketing teams to create lifestyle collateral for proposals and client presentations. They serve as the national point of contact for lifestyle initiatives, ensuring alignment across departments.
They oversee the implementation of lifestyle services in new communities, ensuring smooth onboarding, monitor program performance, track metrics, and report results to executive leadership, and ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
The role requires a bachelor’s degree in hospitality, recreation management, business administration, or a related field, and at least eight years of experience in lifestyle programming, community engagement, or hospitality management. Candidates must have a proven track record of leading large‑scale programs across multiple locations, strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, experience in training, talent development, and program design, and the ability to travel nationally.
