Lead delivery of functional digital twins for clients in oil & gas/mining

Tasks

-Drive team engagement and ensure capability development. -Build, manage, and lead a high-performing digital twin delivery team. -Support business development through expert input in the sales cycle. -Provide practical insights and critiques to shape innovative digital strategies. -Lead and take full accountability for delivering functional digital twins to Worley clients. -Collaborate with the Next Advisory team. -Review and validate proposal feasibility and delivery capability. -Ensure project outcomes meet quality, budget, and client expectations. -Integration of OT systems (SCADA, DCS, PLCs) with IT systems (ERP, CMMS, MES)

What You Bring

-Solution & Data Architecture / Data Science -Cloud services expertise: Microservices, IaaS, PaaS, containerization, security & compliance -Hands-on experience in analytics, predictive analytics, and/or digital twin implementations. -E3D/S3D, SPID, SPI, SPE, SPF (Worley design tools) -Experience with Asset Performance Management (APM) and Digital Twin technologies. -OPC, ETL, IoT -Agile / Scrum experience is essential -Familiarity with platforms like: -Background in process engineering for heavy industries is desirable. -Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. -Proven success in defining and executing digital strategies in industrial/capital-intensive organizations. -Cognite, Bentley, Aveva, Hexagon -Experience managing change and user adoption of digital tools in industrial settings. -Knowledge of relevant industry standards: ISO15926, ISO14224, CFIHOS, DEXPI, FL3DMS, CAPE-OPEN -Sufficient years of experience in delivering digital solutions in Oil & Gas and/or Mining sectors.
