- Travailler au cœur d’un projet unique ayant un impact durable dans la région de Québec;
- Excellentes connaissances en machinerie lourde : pelles, grues, nacelles, etc.;
- Planifier et diriger le travail des mécaniciens chargés de réparer les véhicules et équipement;
- Aptitudes en communication et esprit d’équipe;
- DEP en mécanique de véhicules lourds, d’engins de chantier ou toute autre formation équivalente;
- Horaire génie civil, sur 5 jours;
- Permis de conduire valide (classe 5);
- Autonomie, débrouillardise;
- Bon sens de l’organisation et esprit d’analyse;
- Capacité à travailler sous pression, à gérer les priorités et à résoudre des problèmes rapidement;
- Niveau d’anglais intermédiaire (un atout selon la provenance des fournisseurs).
- Effectuer une évaluation préliminaire des bris mécaniques et orienter les interventions;
- Minimum 5 ans d’expérience dans un rôle similaire, idéalement sur des projets de grande envergure;

- Accès à la télémédecine 24/7;
