Attend PM meeting and biweekly business development meetings.
Manage budgets, staffing, invoicing, etc. for projects and provide updates to supervisory staff and fellow Project Managers.
Mentor junior personnel, including reviews of deliverables.
Regular communication with the Program Manager, Project Managers, field technicians and Line Supervisor.
Provide QA/QC for data collection for all aspects of fieldwork and for client deliverables.
Participate in marketing efforts and business development/outreach with prospective clients.
Maintain North Wind and project-specific safety awareness and practices.
Work with accountants to produce accurate monthly project invoices.
Ensure that projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
Organize fieldwork mobilization/demobilization.
Produce high quality reports and other deliverables to agency and SHPO/THPO standards.

Must be a team player that has managed large-scale surveys, testing and/or excavation projects.
Ability and willingness to travel to various field locations on various occasions, walk and conduct fieldwork across rugged terrain and in inclement weather
Must have been previously listed on a variety of federal and state permits in Arizona, Nevada, New Mexico, and Utah and can demonstrate a strong understanding of Section 106 and 110 of the National Historic Preservation Act.
Demonstrate experience and success with budget and proposal composition.
Possesses a strong work ethic with a developed and mature sense of professionalism
Willingness to work irregular hours (e.g., early mornings, late nights, weekends)
Must have a Master’s degree in Archaeology or closely related field. Experience with artifact identification/classification, in-field documentation procedures using tablets, site recording processes, knowledge of land managing agency requirements, and other specialized skills necessary for the successful conduct and completion of a wide array of archaeological projects.
Displays excellent communication and interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
