

Provides electrical testing, maintenance, and repair services to various industries.
The role involves owning and growing a territory by selling the full suite of Shermco’s electrical testing, maintenance, repair, and engineering services. You will develop new business, strengthen relationships with existing customers, and target sectors such as industrial facilities, data centres, hospitals, utilities, and electrical contractors. Achieving and exceeding multi‑million‑dollar annual sales targets, you will lead sales strategies, pricing discussions, and competitive positioning while acting as the primary point of contact from opportunity through order award.
Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and bring at least five years of successful outside B2B sales experience in industrial, engineering, or power‑related markets. A consultative selling approach, strong communication and negotiation skills, and an understanding of electrical power systems—particularly medium‑ to high‑voltage (480 V to 345 kV)—are required. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and willingness to travel overnight 10‑20 % are also essential.
