Skilled in the use of GPS devices, data collectors and/or Total Station;
Operating Advanced Equipment Independently using and troubleshooting modern survey equipment. A strong working knowledge of Trimble survey equipment (e.g., robotic total stations, GPS) and software is required.
Experience with Trimble and Access;
Extensive background in construction surveying, construction staking and proper staking procedures.
Knowledge of the principles, techniques, and practices of land surveying;
Knowledge of industry specific safe workplace principles and practices;
5-8 years' construction related survey crew chief experience;
Ability to work outdoors under various field conditions;
Ability to operate motorized equipment;
Knowledge of the principles, practices, and instruments used in computer aided drafting;
Problem-Solving Applying your experience to solve complex field challenges and adapting to changing project conditions.
