You’ll be responsible for running ground up commercial projects from start to finish, coordinating subcontractors, managing schedules, maintaining site safety, and ensuring quality delivery on site. Projects are typically up to $10M, with exposure across healthcare, education, and institutional work.
Comfortable leading site teams, subcontractors, and inspectors
Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Superintendent running your own projects
Experience working for a commercial General Contractor
Background in healthcare, K 12, higher education, or medical projects strongly preferred
Experience managing projects in the $1M–$20M range
Company truck or truck allowance
$100,000 - $125,000 per annum base
