  • Models and champions the mission, vision, values, culture and strategies within areas of responsibility
  • Monitors and manages capacity planning activities for infrastructure technologies and provides regular reporting
  • Functions as an advisor to department and sets objectives for employees to achieve operational goals
  • Promotes adoption of agile and DevOps practices within infrastructure teams to enhance delivery speed, collaboration, and system reliability
  • Collaborates with stakeholders across IT, OT, and the Technology Division to align infrastructure strategies with business objectives

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer information systems, management information systems, computer science, engineering or related field; or, equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Knowledge of modern operational methodologies such as Kanban, DevOps, and SecDevOps for agile infrastructure delivery
