You will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day administration of our vetting process including the BPSS (Baseline Personnel Standard Service) checks.

Under the guidance of the Business Operations Director & Security & Vetting Manager. In line with the company values you will support the Operations Team providing effective vetting and onboarding administration and delivery of workforce strategies.

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external communication, including answering incoming calls along with other members of the operations team.
  • Request and process referencing documentation in line with all BPSS requirements, ensuring information is maintained accurately for renewals and auditing.
  • Provide other general admin support across the business as and when required.
  • Maintenance of Internal file management system ensuring it is updated and compliant.
  • Collation and organisation of supporting onboarding documentation end-to-end process, providing essential efficient administration in the delivery of services.
  • Maintain accurate records and data in our internal systems, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accessible.
  • Ensuring all information is secure and in accordance with the relevant Data Protection Policies.
  • Support the Security and Vetting Manager and Business Operations Coordinator with day-to-day support of administration in our onboarding, vetting process support, including the BPSS (Baseline Personnel Standard Service).
  • Provide ongoing support for applicants going through the vetting and onboarding process.
  • Collation and maintenance of supporting vetting documentation such as training records, qualifications, and certificates.
  • Support in the coordination of Right to Work processes and documentation through our screening portal, managing flow of information.

ICT Skills

  • Excellent customer service / interpersonal skills with both internal and external stake holders
  • Experience in a professional business services industry with a focus on coordination of processes
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Experience of CRM (customer relationship database)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage a list of tasks whilst working alone or as part of a team.
  • Possess strong confident communication skills when handling telephone interactions.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite including SharePoint, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook is a must.
  • Experience of embracing change in digitalisation and a desire to further develop processes and procedures.
  • Problem solving and resourcefulness.
  • A good team player with experience of working in a fast-paced administration environment at a higher level, whilst maintaining accuracy and quality.
