Corporate Development / M&A - Real Estate Investment

• Supporting due diligence and investment committee materials
• Conducting management interviews and market diligence (supplier checks, competitor mapping, channel analysis)
• Running full three-statement models to stress-test business plans for credit worthiness

Analyst to Associate – Real Estate Investments (Corporate Finance, Development or M&A Focus preferred)

• Strong technical ability (modelling, financial statement analysis)
• Building and refining financial models in Excel (Python a plus but not essential)
• 1–3 years’ experience post-graduation, although we are happy to consider more experience
• Other corporate finance roles with deep analytical focus

You’ll work directly with the Head of Investments and two outstanding Analysts, with plenty of exposure and responsibility from day one. This is an environment where intellectual curiosity is valued, and where people “earn and learn” at pace.

Base: $110,000 – $130,000

• Competitive comp: $110,000–$130,000 base + uncapped bonus (25% is typical, but you can do more)
