Coordinate with project managers, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of materials and services.
Layout complex construction projects.
Manage and follow project schedules.
Proactively identify and resolve any issues or obstacles that may arise during the construction process.
Supervise and lead construction crews, providing guidance and support to ensure work is performed accurately and efficiently.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, progress updates, and change orders.
Manage and oversee all aspects of commercial construction projects, from planning and scheduling to execution and completion.
Foster a culture of safety and ensure that all work is conducted in accordance with industry standards and best practices.

Able to communicate with clients, sub-contractors, and employees in a professional manner.
Ability to travel to worksites throughout the United States as needed.
We provide the necessary technology and access to cloud reporting systems needed to complete projects on time and within budget.
OSHA 30 certification required.
2+ years of commercial construction experience is required as well as previous experience as a construction superintendent.
Able to read and comprehend blueprints, architectural, and structural drawings.
