Installation of Concrete Equipment

• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic issues efficiently.
• Attend urgent service calls and ensure minimal equipment downtime.
• Diagnose faults and identify root causes across electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
• Build strong customer relationships through timely communication and dependable service.
• Ensure compliance with equipment safety protocols and company policies.
• Submit service and inspection reports as per company standards.
• Support warranty documentation and feedback for product improvements.
• Ensure complete customer satisfaction by providing clear status updates and service documentation.
• Maintain detailed service logs, including repair records, part usage, and work hours.
• Perform scheduled maintenance, inspections, and part replacements for concrete machinery.
• Ensure proper setup, functionality, and performance validation of installed systems.
• Use diagnostic tools and repair techniques to restore equipment performance.
• Conduct post-repair testing to ensure long-term reliability.
• Adhere to all safety standards and use PPE during on-site work.
• Offer technical guidance and on-site assistance to customers.
• Provide end-user training on equipment operation and maintenance best practices.
• Install, calibrate, and commission concrete machinery such as pumps, batching plants, and allied equipment.

We are seeking skilled and dedicated Service Engineers to join our Service Department. The ideal candidates will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of concrete equipment, ensuring optimal performance and uptime. This role offers hands-on experience across various job sites, working on advanced concreting equipment such as batching plants, concrete pumps, and truck mixers.

• Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.
• Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in repairing concrete pumps, batching plants, and mixing equipment.
• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
• Familiarity with PLC systems and diagnostic tools.
• Willingness to travel frequently for site-based assignments.
• 2–5 years of experience in installation, service, or maintenance of heavy or concrete machinery.
