At least 5 years proven working experience in Mobile software development
Sound understanding of mobile design and architectural patterns, and coding practices
Relevant tertiary qualifications (e.g. Bachelor/Grad Dip. Science/Computer Science/Software Engineering, IT Certification or similar) or equivalent practical experience
Experience working in a B2B / SaaS / Agency environment
Familiarity with Mobile Application development technologies e.g. React-Native, Swift, Kotlin, Java, Objective-C would be an advantage but not essential
Demonstrable experience in building solutions based on an understanding of your users and the objectives of the business
Experience developing Mobile applications using Flutter
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment across multiple time zones (North America and AUS) requiring effective asynchronous communication
Positive work attitude and a growth mindset
Demonstrable experience in taking complex solutions and breaking them into development iterations that provide early value to customers
