Provide direction and support for implementation of the EHS & Security Plan.
Verify that project/site-specific EHS procedures protect personnel and the public.
Hold line management accountable for EHS Management System implementation and performance.
Encourage proactive involvement of all personnel in executing the EHS program.
Oversee EHS performance on the project/site.
Review incident records and ensure timely completion of follow‑up actions.
Investigate personal injury incidents thoroughly and close corrective actions.
Participate in audits and weekly site inspections, ensuring action items are resolved.
Monitor Arcadis and contractor EHS performance indicators and inspection reports.
Conduct performance evaluations that include personal EHS involvement.

Arcadis is seeking an experienced EHS Manager to join its rapidly growing team, supporting one of its largest data centre construction projects in the Nordics. The position is based 100 % in‑country and will be responsible for overseeing the environmental, health, safety and security aspects of the project.

Extensive experience as an EHS Manager on major construction projects.
Data centre or technology project experience preferred but not essential.
Background in consultancy, general contracting or client‑side environments.
Demonstrated passion for improving quality of life and strong teamwork orientation.
