Conduct pavement design, grading, and drainage system analysis for transportation corridors.
Mentor junior engineers in roadway design, infrastructure codes, and construction administration practices.
Collaborate with Project Managers, DOT representatives, and local agencies to align on scopes, schedules, and budgets.
Lead field inspections to ensure roadway and utility construction conforms with plans, specifications, and safety standards.
Oversee traffic studies, safety audits, and transportation planning to support infrastructure design.
Manage the design of pump stations, wastewater collection systems, and water distribution systems.

Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, and hydrology/hydraulics software.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
Ability to integrate multimodal design, including pedestrian, bicycle, and transit elements.
10+ years of professional experience in transportation/infrastructure projects, or 10+ years as a licensed PE.
Advanced knowledge of AASHTO, MUTCD, and DOT roadway standards.
Experience with transportation modeling, public utility coordination and design, geometric roadway design, and transportation planning.
Expertise in hydraulic analyses, utility planning, and asset management planning.
PE licensure required.
