Enforce company and legal HSE policies and procedures on-site.
Coordinate drills and ensure readiness of emergency equipment.
Monitor HSE compliance of all third-party contractors.
Identify unsafe acts/conditions and ensure corrective actions are taken.
Lead investigations into accidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions.
Organize toolbox talks, safety drills, and refresher training sessions.

Minimum 6 years of relevant work experience (as OSH Manager, Lead or above) accompanied by an OSH related Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited University; or NEBOSH Diploma (Level 6 equivalent or above).
Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience (as OSH Manager, Lead or above) accompanied by an OSH related Master’s Degree or above from an accredited University; or Equivalent.
Minimum 7 years of relevant work experience (as OSH Manager, Lead or above) accompanied by Post-Secondary OSH Qualification (NVQ level 4/5).
