Description

• Conducting value engineering throughout design and delivery
• Managing and tracking change across projects
• Procuring and managing subcontractor packages
• Negotiating and agreeing final accounts
• Preparing cost value reconciliations and cash flow forecasts
• Supporting project delivery teams with commercial guidance
• Producing and submitting client valuations

ESD Recruitment are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join one of our long-standing clients — a well-established Design & Build contractor working across both public and private sector projects.

• Good understanding of commercial processes and client management
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Proven experience working on Design & Build projects valued £3m+
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor
• Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualification
