What you would be doing

Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to performance, customization, and integration.
Ensure code quality through reviews, unit testing, and adherence to best practices.
Collaborate with functional teams, business analysts, and architects to design scalable PLM solutions.
Provide technical leadership, mentor junior developers, and conduct knowledge-sharing sessions. Professional & Technical Skills: -Strong understanding of PTC Windchill modules and PLM processes (BOM management, Change Management, Document Management).
Contribute to upgrade planning, data migration, and ESI/ERP integration strategies.
Develop and customize Windchill components using Java, JSP, Info*Engine, and APIs to meet business requirements.
