Coordinate the development and recycling of Golden Test Packs and acceptance packs, working with Platform, APM, and Domain teams to align QE outcomes with business KPIs.
Mentor QE engineers to build a high-performance, specialist-driven culture while ensuring compliance, security, and performance baselines are validated and measurable.
Implement the adoption of automation-first and shift-left practices, embedding CI/CD-integrated testing and continuous quality validation.
Define and own the QE strategy across PA Core areas (DataOps, Edge, Visualization, Packaging, IAM) while establishing governance for functional, non-functional, and regression coverage.

Demonstrated knowledge in creating testing strategies, ensuring quality governance, developing automation frameworks, and establishing teams focused on quality engineering.
Demonstrated experience in platform/IIoT or industrial software solutions, ABB, Honeywell, AspenTech, GE Digital.
