Join our Shared Central Services team as a Senior Data Engineer, leading the development of cutting-edge data and BI solutions that support strategic decision-making and digital transformation across Vinci Construction UK.
As a Senior Data Engineer, you will take ownership of end-to-end data engineering projects—designing, building, and optimizing data services and BI integrations. You’ll work across the Microsoft Azure ecosystem, with tools like Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Synapse Analytics, Power BI, and SQL Server, ensuring high performance, reliability, and innovation in everything you deliver.
- Champion data governance, quality, and compliance across systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into data solutions
- Design and deploy BI dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI, DAX, and SQL
- Lead development of scalable data pipelines, ETL processes, and enterprise data warehouses
- Mentor junior team members and support continuous improvement of data practices
- Support deployment and testing across DEV/UAT/PROD environments
