You are expected to take personal ownership of your training and make the most of every opportunity by building relationships, seeking out new information, and developing a network of contacts.
Take an active approach to your development by seeking out new learning opportunities throughout the programme and undertaking any supplementary training that would be beneficial.
Actively participate in every aspect of the training programme.
You will work through a series of placements within a range of functions across a specified region.

Three A-levels at Grades A*- C (or equivalent).
A 2:1 or above in any degree.
Flexibility to undertake some travel in the UK during your programme.
A full UK Driving Licence, with a maximum of three penalty points, and access to your own vehicle (upon starting the programme).
You must have a full right to work in the UK.
