Technical production skills and a demonstrated ability to effectively produce design and construction documents
Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Architecture or equivalent field of study
Possession of a strong moral and ethical responsibility to the principles of sustainability
Strong design, graphic, and presentation skills
Working knowledge of Lumion, Enscape, and the Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
Understanding of the design and procurement processes
Ability to direct and motivate work efforts of others and handle project challenges
Understanding of relevant codes such as state building codes, ANSI 117.1, BOMA
Proficiency in Revit is preferred
Strong organization, multi-tasking and time management skills
