Senior Project Manager - Water Rights

Description

• Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, attorneys, and stakeholders. Act as the primary liaison for project communication.
• Team Management: Lead and mentor project managers and technical staff, guiding them through project milestones and fostering a collaborative environment.
• Business Development: Leverage professional network to foster new business, support proposals, and contribute to marketing efforts.
• Technical Oversight: Provide high-level input on technical solutions and quality control for water court applications, hydrologic studies, and water supply planning.
• Project Leadership: Oversee and manage large-scale projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.

Requirements

• Professional Engineer (PE), Professional Geologist (PG), Professional Hydrologist (PH), or other relevant certifications preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and financial management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 15+ years of experience in water resources or environmental engineering, with 5+ years of project management experience.
• Proficient in scientific software, Microsoft Suite, Google Earth, GIS, and company software.
• Proven experience in managing complex projects with significant risk or client importance.
