As a Software Developer on the DataWorks team, you will create intelligent building control systems that support aggressive green initiatives. The role leverages data modeling, fault detection, identity and access management, and domain expertise, applying domain‑driven development, SOLID and clean architecture principles, and modern design patterns to deliver world‑class services and autonomous building management.
- Design, estimate, review, test, debug, and document code.
- Support and guide software development life cycle processes.
- Participate in Scrum meetings and drive team activities.
- Resolve customer and technical support issues as needed.
- Mentor and support colleagues in their work.
- Address software architectural considerations.
- Monitor, assess, and remediate technical debt.
- Promote good coding practices and identify improvement areas.

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years experience developing C++ applications on Windows.
- Experience developing C# applications.
- DevOps experience with Microsoft Azure.
- Proficiency with Git, TFS, and Visual Studio Code.
- Experience building enterprise‑class web applications.
- Experience with automated unit and functional testing.
- Agile development experience (Scrum, Kanban).
- Strong communication skills.
- Patient and diligent, valuing quality over speed.
