The Production Lead at Nucor Towers & Structures Inc in Decatur, AL is a positive member of the leadership team, actively develops teammates, monitors machine loading to ensure proper product flow, and oversees and trains line personnel. The role communicates production information to other departments, establishes the production pace, maintains efficiency, and ensures quality on the line.
The Production Lead may also fill in for other line positions and for the Supervisor as needed, and is expected to lead and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.
